Opening this summer is 3 Herons Brewing Co, a Trumansburg brewery and BBQ restaurant. They feature Texas-style beef brisket, ribs, Cornell BBQ chicken, smoked gouda macaroni & cheese, and more, all prepared on the premises. Their "soft opening" day is Friday, August 24th, though they've been offering take-out for a few weeks. A beer and wine license will follow.
