Now in Ithaca's west end is Saigon Kitchen, a new Vietnamese eatery from the owners of Wok Village, in the former home of Taste of Thai Express. The menu features such Vietnamese specialties as pho and vermicelli noodle dishes, stir-fries, and rice plates. They're offering lunch and dinner Tuesday through Sunday, with lunch and dinner delivery Tuesday through Friday, and dinner-only delivery on weekends.
